Hey hey Glow Gang.
Today I'm coming to you hoping to support you in feeling validated when you're having a hard day. I think society as a whole has glamorized the idea of "the grind" and "suck it up, work harder culture" which doesn't leave a whole lot of room for us to be human and experience our very real emotions.
My hope with today's episode is to support you in normalizing hard days, and allow you to take some of the pressure off of yourself! You are not wrong for having a bad day, you are not broken because you're feeling sad/overwhelmed/fursturated, etc.
And it is safe and NORMAL for you to give yourself space when you are experiencing a tough time!
